Free Shipping: We offer free UK Standard Shipping on all orders. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) or due to unforeseen carrier issues.

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use reliable UK carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and [Mention another carrier, e.g., Evri]. The specific carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of dispatch based on the size, weight, and delivery speed selected.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

7. Damages & Lost Packages

Localstore4u is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you by providing all necessary documentation to file a claim with the carrier after the package has been deemed officially lost (usually 15-20 days after the expected delivery date).

8. Wrong Shipping Address

If the customer provides an incorrect address during checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. If the customer chooses not to pay the redelivery fee, a refund will be processed for the cost of the products only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
